Ana lost 10 pounds(5kg) in the first month, a visible decrease in inflammation (bloating and water retention). Her sleep improved and her energy levels increased.

Binge Eating results from various factors, either nutritional deficiencies, past eating disorders such as anorexia, dieting for long periods, or emotional factors. Sometimes like in Ana’s case (see article here)it is all of them.
